Tyler Goodnight is the son of Jeff (OHS Class of 1985)
and Sheri Goodnight. He is also the grandson of Barbara (OHS Class of 1962)
and Dewayne (OHS Class of 1961) Goodnight. Tyler’s plans
are to attend Wichita Technical Institute, Joplin branch, in September
of 2009.
He will be studying computer technology and network administration.
My name is Hayden Ward. I am the daughter of Mikel and
Sonja Ward of Oswego, Kansas.
After graduating from Oswego High School in May, I began
planning for the new chapter of my life.
I will begin class this fall semester at Northeastern
Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Oklahoma as a freshman.
My plan is to take all of the prerequisites required
to later succeed in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program available at
NEO.
I appreciate this much needed scholarship money; it will
be of great assistance as the economy continues to make the college experience
just a bit more challenging.
Thanks Again!
Hayden Ward
OHS Alumni, the graduation scholarship I received was
greatly appreciated;
also I am honored to have been selected as one of the
recipients for the scholarship money.
I have enrolled at Northeastern Oklahoma and I have recently
changed my major from Early Childhood Development
to undecided. The money I received will go towards my
books and tuition. Once again, thank you for the money.
-Jessica Bates
Jessica is the daughter of Dr. Corey and Christina Bates.

me out greatly next year!
Matthew plans to attend Pittsburg State University beginning
in August 2010.
He will be working toward a degree in Construction Management.
-Matthew Dickinson
Matthew Dickinson is the son of Tori (OHS Class of 1981)
and the late Matt Dickinson.
OHS Alumni, Thank you so much for selecting me to
receive one of your generous graduation scholarship donations.
I am very honored and I truly appreciate it. I am enrolled
to begin my college career in August at OSUIT in the High Voltage/Lineman
Program.
We are required to purchase and have several pieces of
equipment before we begin, so the scholarship money will help tremendously.
Thank you and I am striving to make a positive statement
as an OHS Alumni!
Kurt is the son of Jeff and Patti Taylor (OHS Class
of 1988)
